Intex BlazeBlocker® F2 Fire Rated Sealant is an industrial grade water-based acrylic sealing compound, designed for sealing internal and external gaps and service penetrations in walls, floors and ceilings. Exclusive formula features unique properties providing up to 4 hours protection from fire and smoke, acoustic reduction up to 63dB, incredibly low VOC rating, highly flexible and slump resistant texture which can be installed in gaps up to 50mm with an allowance of up to ±20% movement. Suitable for interior use, bonding to most common building materials including but not limited to plasterboard, masonry, concrete, brick, etc. Specially formulated to be free from halogens and being intumescent is more efficient and requires less volume to achieve respective FRL. Paintable material is odourless, cleans up with water and is fast and easy to apply using a mechanical sausage gun.
